Our lab at NCVC (national cerebral and cardiovascular research center) is located in Osaka, Japan. People in Osaka love foods that are very unique to Osaka, funny things and comedians, any type of cultures such as music and theater, and communicating with people!
Foods in Japan is not only sushi, but are so variable.

Udon,
Tempura,
and many others.
