Our lab at NCCHD is located in Setagaya in Tokyo. People in Japan love foods that are very unique to here, interesting things, any type of cultures such as music and theater, and communicating with people!
Foods in Japan is not only sushi, but are so variable. 
People are fond of Takoyaki,
Udon,
Tempura,
and many others.
Now I get so hungry.
